Thank you for booking a workshop at Oh Happy Creative.
T&C's
If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to seven days prior to the workshop starting and you will receive a full refund. Please contact me at ohhappycreative@gmail.com
I am unable to offer refunds for cancellations less than 6 days prior to the workshop taking place unless there is a waiting list, please contact me as soon as possible at ohhappycreative@gmail.com
All workshops booked must be paid upfront via the website.
In the event that I have been unable to enrol the minimum number of people required for any of my scheduled workshops I will contact you at least 24hrs before, to advise you. You may then choose to do one of the following:

move to a new workshop or course of your choice (If the cost of the new workshop or course is higher you will need to pay the additional cost. If the cost is lower we will reimburse you for the difference)

A credit note can be given

You can receive a full refund
If I am unwell on the day of a workshop I will inform you via email/social media/phone and reschedule the workshop. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date a full refund will be offered.
I do offer Gift Vouchers (available in £10, £20 and £25). Please contact me to order these. Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with collaborative workshops (whereby an artist/creator hosts their own workshop at Oh Happy Creative), I do apologies for this. They can however be used at my own workshops, to use your Gift Voucher please contact me, as long as there is a space available you can use your voucher), If your voucher does not cover the cost of the workshop you can pay the remaining via bank transfer. If your voucher is more than the workshop, the remaining can be used on another workshop. Vouchers last for 1 year from day of purchase.

DBS & First Aid
I have an enhanced DBS which you are welcome to see. I have had First Aid training (adult/children) successfully completed on 9th September 2023, a certificate can be provided. Photo ID is available upon request.

Upon booking a workshop for children a form will be available to complete on arrival at the workshop, to be completed by the parent/carer. All information is confidential and only used for purposes of the workshop (for example any allergies/medical conditions I need to be made aware of and emergency contact information of the parent/carer. The information will be stored safely during the workshop and then disposed safely of.

We are committed to keeping you informed of your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we take the security of personal data seriously and to provide you with how we use your personal data.
We only collect personal data on our website if it is provided by you via a contact form or we receive an email/correspondence directly from you, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, home and/or business address.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about our business, including our products and services, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information.

Subscription
This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by Oh Happy Creative. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.
In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If an automated un-subscription system is unavailable clear instructions on how to un-subscribe will by detailed instead.
