TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that apply to the use of our studio. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. You are advised to review our Terms of Service periodically for any changes. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity for any reason.
Cancellations & Sickness from our side:
If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to seven days prior to the workshop starting and you will receive a full refund minus the ticket service fee (this is a fee that Wix charges). Please contact us at ohhappycreative@gmail.com
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the workshop taking place unless there is a waiting list, please contact us as soon as possible at ohhappycreative@gmail.com
All workshops booked must be paid upfront via the website.
In the event that we have been unable to enrol the minimum number of people required for any of our scheduled workshops we will contact you at least 24hrs before, to advise you. You may then choose to do one of the following:

move to a new workshop or course of your choice (If the cost of the new workshop or course is higher you will need to pay the additional cost. If the cost is lower we will reimburse you for the difference).

A credit note can be given.

You can receive a full refund (minus the ticket service fee - this is a fee that Wix charges).
If we are unwell on the day of a workshop we will inform you via email/social media/phone if we have your contact number and reschedule the workshop. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date a full refund minus the ticket service fee will be offered.
Gift Vouchers
We do offer Gift Vouchers (available in £10, £20 and £25). Please contact us via email to order these. Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with collaborative workshops (whereby an artist/creator hosts their own workshop at Oh Happy Creative), we do apologise for this. They cannot be used for After School Club. They can however be used for our own workshops. To use your Gift Voucher please contact us via email, as long as there is a space available you can use your voucher. If your voucher does not cover the cost of the workshop you can pay the remaining via bank transfer. If your voucher is more than the workshop, the remaining can be used on another workshop. Vouchers last for 1 year from day of purchase.
DBS, First Aid & Insurance
We have an enhanced DBS which you are welcome to see. We have completed Paediatric First Aid training. Photo ID is available upon request.
We have Public Liability Insurance with Simply Business.
What Happens at Drop-off Workshops:
Upon booking a drop-off workshop for children a form will be available to complete on arrival at the workshop, to be completed by the parent/carer. All information is used for purposes of the workshop (for example any allergies/medical conditions I need to be made aware of and emergency contact information of the parent/carer).
We do take photos during our workshop for our social media channels and website. If you do not want yours or your child's photograph to be taken, please do inform us.
We do ask that children do not wear expensive/new/their best clothes to Oh Happy Creative - we use paint, children love to get paint everywhere. We cannot be responsible for damaged clothing.
Behaviour - we ask all children to remain in their seats when at the workshop unless stated (and if they need to go for the toilet). This is to ensure that children don't get hurt/trip/touch anything they shouldn't. We ask that children create peacefully - although we have lots of fun and we all talk, laugh and enjoy one another's company we do keep the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful - this benefits everyone. If we are concerned about any child's behaviour/conversation we will speak to parent/carer.
Parties
We take a £50 deposit for all party dates booked, the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to your party date - this is also when you will need to confirm numbers and crafts (so that we can buy the supplies in time). Your £50 deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. Your date is only booked once the deposit is received, we cannot hold dates without a deposit, as we have too many enquiries and as a small business we cannot afford to hold due to people not updating us if they decide they do not want to book, we are sorry for this. If you need to cancel your party at last minute due to an emergency, we will transfer your deposit to another date, at the soonest date we have that is available.
Parties - children's parties are for children over the age of 5. We can have a maximum of 10 children - this is so that we have the ability to help all children. Only a maximum of 2 parents/carers can stay (due to space). We do not allow party food at Oh Happy Creative. You can bring a small snack (for example: bag of crisps, chocolate miniroll and a non fizzy drink) for the 10 minute break inbetween crafts. Please do check with parents/carers of children attending for any allergies or dietary requirements. We ask that all parents/carers bringing their children to parties leave emergency details and contact information.
